SAVANNAH, GA – PureSpectrum L.L.C., a Georgia limited liability company, was merged into Nevada corporation PureSpectrum, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSPM) effective December 28, 2006 with PureSpectrum, Inc. being the surviving entity.

PureSpectrum L.L.C. became a wholly owned subsidiary of PureSpectrum, Inc. on July 24, 2006. All operations related to PureSpectrum Technology and the PureSpectrum brand will be conducted through PureSpectrum, Inc.
