Lee L. Vanatta | President, PureSpectrum, Inc.

Lee Vanatta brings more than two decades of sales, marketing and business experience to PureSpectrum. A blend of expertise in strategic planning, bringing products to market, building sales and distribution systems have allowed Mr. Vanatta to enjoy phenomenal successes as a marketing executive. Keen insight and a commitment to integrity enable him to be a strong leader and trusted decision maker in any organization.

During a decorated career spent serving a wide ranging client base and embracing the role of entrepreneur, Mr. Vanatta has composed and executed long range business and marketing plans for national entities such as The Home Depot, Milliken, Mrs. Smith’s and Marriott Vacation Clubs. Additionally, he has employed his resourcefulness and savvy to successfully found, buy, build and sell several businesses of his own. In keeping with his character and management style, his growth strategies for his own enterprises and his clients have always been founded on sound business principles that stress high quality and commensurate rewards for excellent performance.

William R. Norton | Executive Vice President, PureSpectrum, Inc.

Bill Norton has extensive experience in the fields of corporate law and corporate management. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1969 and, following three years with US Army Special Forces, practiced in a corporate environment throughout his career. Bill was with Reliance Electric Company (REC) for twenty years, where he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary with a staff of ten lawyers. REC was a highly regarded manufacturer of electric motors and controls, mechanical power transmission products and telecommunication equipment. During his time at REC, the company was a publicly held New York Stock Exchange company, was purchased by Exxon in a highly successful management-led leveraged buyout, was again publicly held and was finally purchased by Rockwell International in a hostile tender offer. Bill was a valued member of the company’s Management Committee and was successfully managed all legal affairs of the Company. He was instrumental in the management of numerous company financings, stock issuances and tender offers as well as many domestic and international acquisitions and dispositions, including Toledo Scale, Houghton Elevator, Reliable Electric and the leveraged buyout of REC.

Garth Kullman | VP of Sales

Garth brings over 28 years experience in sales, sales management and marketing to PureSpectrum.. His qualifications in strategic sales planning with comprehensive knowledge of management, organizational development, team building and project execution will be instrumental in the corporations continued success. He has continuously demonstrated the ability to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns that increase market awareness and company profit. Garth’s strong background in client and dealer relationship building and the creation of strong distribution networks will be an asset in PureSpectrum’s development of a worldwide sales network.. His stellar sales and sales management career has afforded him the opportunity to develop and implement successful corporate sales strategies for major companies like Westinghouse, Steelcase and Intergraph corporations. His passion for success has also allowed him to build and sell a successful small business in South Carolina.

Ray King | Director of Engineering

Ray King is a circuit designer with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering. By being part of teams that developed breakthroughs in power conversion and transistor technology, he has developed a reputation for fine tuning major discoveries. For more than 20 years, he represented a major manufacturer in the semiconductor industry as a technical expert for a power electronics product line. He has improved power conversion capabilities for electronic devices from virtually every sector, including circuitry that powered stereo systems for General Motors, pieces of Magnetic Resonance Imaging machines and motors to drive wheelchairs up stairs and, of course, bipolar transistors that supply power for lighting products.
