Savannah, Georgia on June 26 beginning at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Mansion on

Forsyth Park.
 

During the meeting, PureSpectrum president and CEO Lee Vanatta will announce the election of directors and the appointment of auditors. Following Mr. Vanatta’s address on the company’s progress, questions will be accepted from any shareholder in attendance.
