Private equity advisory firm has established

history of building growth companies

 

SAVANNAH, GA – PureSpectrum, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSPM) has entered into a corporate consulting agreement with the The Musser Group, a private equity advisory firm headquartered in Wayne, Pa., with a history of building growth companies by providing organizational consulting service to maximize corporate results.

 

The Musser Group was founded in 2001 to provide the resources necessary to grow small companies. The company and its principal, Warren V. “Pete” Musser, have provided strategic counseling for a broad range of growing companies to identify appropriate growth and structural strategies to streamline business practices and optimize shareholder value.

During the first six months of the year, PureSpectrum launched a line of high performance dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) as well as a cost effective dimmable electronic ballast addressable to linear fluorescent lighting and other lighting applications. The company began receiving orders for CFL products during the past month, and PureSpectrum’s multilayered marketing plan is targeting the utility industry, major electrical distributors, the commercial retrofit market and global green lighting initiatives focused on reducing energy consumption.

 

The Musser Group will evaluate PureSpectrum’s capital requirements and appropriate capital structures, assist PureSpectrum’s procurement of investment capital and assist in the valuation of prospective business opportunities.

 

Platinum Circle Holdings, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, will be acting as a consultant for the Musser Group and PureSpectrum. Platinum Circle Holdings specializes in information technology and large enterprise systems deployment. Their role will be to evaluate the technology issues and the various enterprise systems which will allow PureSpectrum to achieve their targeted market share growth.
