July 22, 2009 - PureSpectrum, Inc. engages Fox Rowden McBrayer, Inc. as manufacturer’s representative

July 23rd, 2009

SAVANNAH, GA – PureSpectrum, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSPM) has engaged Fox Rowden McBrayer, Inc. to introduce its full product line of dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) in Georgia, Alabama and the Florida panhandle.

Founded in 1969, Fox Rowden McBrayer employs a sales force that has consistently demonstrated the capability to successfully market products to the electrical industry. In addition to its sales staff targeting electrical distributors in geographic territories, the company also has a dedicated sales force for energy products that will promote and market PureSpectrum’s products to utilities and other members of the energy industry.

Fox Rowden McBrayer has relationships with electrical distributors in the residential, commercial, industrial, energy management, communication and security markets and will add PureSpectrum’s 20-watt dimmable CFL to its product listing in the fall. Fox Rowden McBrayer will expand its product listing as PureSpectrum products become available and will ultimately offer the entirety of PureSpectrum’s product line.

“The goal for promoting PureSpectrum will encompass finding the right distributor partners to support the products, and we have those partners,” said John Lindgren, Fox Rowden McBrayer territory manager for Georgia, Alabama and the Florida panhandle. “We have introduced niche product lines in the past and have always had great success by creating open, easy to deal with marketing plans consisting of readily available inventory, competitive pricing and reasonable terms. We have executed this with a variety of different products, and have made lasting contributions to the growth of many companies.”

PureSpectrum has secured representation for its products in Canada and the Midwestern U.S. states, and program sales manager Nicholas Peragine said the company is in discussions to secure representation for the remaining regions of the country. Peragine said the manufacturer’s representatives are an exponential expansion of PureSpectrum’s sales force that will enable the company to access the distributors that service segments of the lighting market that the company needs to reach in order to achieve its market share and revenue goals.

“Relationships with manufacturer’s representatives are how we will enter the distribution channels that will allow us to fully bring our products to market,” said Peragine, who said he is in discussions with manufacturer’s representatives that cover Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana and other companies which service the Mid Atlantic and Northeastern states. “These companies have established relationships with large distributors throughout the country, and developing these relationships will provide PureSpectrum with the opportunity to achieve the kind of market share we believe is possible for our products. We will continue pursuing domestic and international leads generated through our own marketing efforts, and the addition of these relationships with manufacturer’s representatives will effectively add hundreds of people to our sales force all over the country.”
